Position 1: Library and Knowledge Management Coordinator-92358 (direct link)
Facility: Morton Plant Hospital / St. Joseph’s Hospital
Salary: Library and Knowledge Management Coordinator-Req #92358 -$64,168
Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate knowledge management contracts across BayCare, coordinating with both new and existing vendors.
• Oversee and coordinate library services for a diverse range of users, including physicians, residents, administrators, and hospital and outpatient team members.
• Lead daily library operations and service delivery.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote library services across the BayCare network.

Required Education:

• Master’s degree from an ALA-accredited institution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant, postgraduate professional experience.
• Previous experience in a health sciences scientific research library, archive, museum, or related environment.
• Basic knowledge in:
  • Information services
  • Information management
  • Instructional design
  • Leadership and management
  • Evidence-based practice and health information professionalism
• Expert-level knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
  • Website management
  • Research and evidence-based practice
  • Instructional technologies

Responsibilities:

• Support daily library operations, including literature searches, technical maintenance, and training users in database access and BayCare resources.
• Collaborate with a wide range of customers across BayCare.
• Manage and supervise library volunteers.
• Assist the Library Manager with outreach and promotional efforts across all BayCare facilities.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a health science, academic, public, or special library—or similar environment such as archives, museums, or technology centers.
• Basic knowledge in:
